Tara is an artist, creative facilitator and yoga teacher. She teaches at Yoga Moves in Utrecht and hosts her own workshops at Tara's Temple. Tara studied art and yoga worldwide since 2016 and occasionally returns to Ecuador to teach at Durga’s Tiger School for Tantra, Yoga, Shamanism and Art. She studied with Iris Disse, Shashi Solluna, Sahajananda, Alessandro Rivellino, Claudia Altamirano and other great teachers. Now returning to her roots, Tara shares her passion for creativity and yoga in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
